Details

When adding a new bill name such as "AT&T", when the user saves the name, in the bills section the name is viewed as "AT&T". Special characters like the "&" sign are not read correctly. However, the bill name is displayed correctly in other areas of the website.

This problem also occurs when hovering over the Bill name in the calendar if the bill name has a special character like the "&" in "AT&T"

I noticed this when inputting apostrophes into bill titles as well, it just display the html char code for it.
